Hog Hunt Trip to Wild Things (Anyone near Pittsburgh Pa?)
« on: December 17, 2013, 11:15:00 PM »
I am considering going down for a 3 day hunt sometime in maybe February March or April? I was looking to see if anyone near me may be gong down and looking to carpool? Or if a small group a guys would like to put a trip together and go down together? I am in northern WV . I have never been there before but have spoken to Andrew and have read great things about the place.  Steve

Hunt Wild Things is a sponsor here. you can see all the info and on pics on his website..
it is $575 for 3 day hunt which is all inclusive except 3 day license($40 I think?)

Steve's got it right on the details.

I'm woefully behind on putting new pictures on that website, but you can see a bunch of recent ones on    this thread  from a couple weeks ago.

A couple more days of work and I can start putting pen to paper with my own part of that story.

Our entire group is from SW PA and have a hunt scheduled for March. Our camp is full but I can help answer any questions you may have about Wild Things. This will be our 7th trip.

Steve,

May be interested in a return trip (my 5th).  It would have to be mid Feb at earliest and nno later than end of March.  If you pay attention to the solar/lunar calender, the best weekends would be 02.14-16, 02.28-03.02 and 03.14-03.16.

PM me.

I'm in SW VA.
