Just a quick update!  The young man has received a great glove, armguard, broadheads, beaver silencer, string keeper, and the arrows are about done. The bow hasn't arrived yet, but soon.

Thank you again to all who have helped this young man. He is beyond grateful and happy.

You guys are the best!

His bow went out Yesterday as I had a time finding the right box. Should have gone out after Christmas. He got a Wing recurve 54 at 28. Sounds like a good kid!

I won't miss the bow and hope he likes it. I need to get a string sent to him. I sent him one but it is not in great shape. It is a 58" recurve.

Mike and everyone else. Truly inspirational!

He is very well taken care of and is so grateful. I'll have him get a few pictures of everything and some shooting pictures.

I'm dropping 7 big bear claws in the mail to him tomorrow to put a silver cap on them for necklaces. I'll post some photos when I get them back. He did a great job on the gator teeth.

Thanks again to everyone for all your generosity.

Here's the arrows Craig Burris made up for him. Almost too pretty to shoot. Thank you Craig and the others who have helped this young man. Despite all he's gone through I've NEVER heard a complaint or discouraging word. Really a great kid who will be enjoying life a bit more thanks to many of you!  :)

Here's the claws I sent him. A big old POW Island Alaskan 7' black bear. The other photo is something like I have him making. Some customizations on mine, but close.
