Shooting 58" toelke whip, 41lbs at 28 inches, I'm drawing 27 3/4.
Thought it was tuned with 28 inch 40/45, 5/16 woodies, 100 point. The porpasal came back nock kicking high in flight.
Broke out the paper tuning rack, horrible nock high tears, 1 week ago it was punching bullet holes. Move nock up down, no change. The I figured it out it's was my grip, I was gripping the bow to hard.
This sound right, seems strange, shooting 15/35 gold tip trads 28.5 with 145 grain points the nock high does not happen even with a death grip.
I had Marco snap nocks on the wood, seemed they were to tight, put some bohning classics on thinking that would help same deal.
I have never had grip pressure give high or low tears, the tears were 1 inch or longer.
