Having just had such a positive experience, I'm sure that if you call Pierre and discuss the problem he will help you make it right.  He seems to genuinely care that his customers receive a quality product.

I had the same problem, and Pierre bent over backwards to make it right, and right he made it.

I've been using SBD strings for about 2 years now and I have not one negative thing to say about there strings. Good people to do business with.

I'm going to all SBD's myself after trying one on my preditor for a year..... string still looks like the day I bought it and its the quietest fastest string that bow has ever had.

ordered a 8 strand a couple weeks ago for my green mountain classic,, it will be the real longbow test on bow feel and speed and I can't wait.

Quality strings for sure,  but I have never been able to get the Ultra - 6 strand strings to quit stretching on my 45-50# recurves.  Just took my Fox off the rack that has been strung throughout the bow season and noticed the BH was about 1.25" too low. I twisted the heck out of it and only got back about .75" It is twisted way more than I care to have it,  and still not close to my usual BH.
If you have that problem, you probably ordered a wrong lenght. My six strands SBD string only stretch the first 50 shots or so, maybe 1/8 of an inch. After twisting to the right BH, the string stays there forever, no stretching at all . I would discuss it with Pierre. [/b]
String length was correct on initial order and my brace height was fine as well.  This has happen since shooting in the string.  Had one for my Blacktail do the same thing last year. [/b]
I have one on my centaur that just keeps on stretching as well. I figured thats just how they were. I took it off and put the original string back on. Maybe i'll give them a call tomorrow and see what they say.
