I have 3 Shrew CH's.  Only one of them is carbon/foam. It is a fantastic bow, but has a higher pitch sound to it that is not as pleasing to my ear. None of the string silencers that I tried resulted in the dead sound that I get with my other two.  I accidentally stumbled on something that makes it as silent as the others. I put on Spandex limb protectors (Camo Bow Socks from 3-Rivers Archery). I didn't do it for sound, but rather just to protect the limbs while hunting with it. However, to my surprise they completely deadend the sound and the bow is extremely quiet with them on.

My shrews aren't carbon....but you might try two tracks string scallops.  They seem to work really well.

does the string at the loops touch the limbs,,, if so wrap the loops with the Bow hush and it should cut the sound in half if that's where the noise is from.

ive found that the rubber bumpers that go between the strands, if that's not enough try them with cat wiskers keep them close to the tips.  I havnt noticed a performance issue either

Move your brace height to 7.5 7.75 and this should be better. I'm using regular wool to make very light silencers at 1/3 and 1/4 of the string length (so 4 silencers of 10 strands of wool each). I also put some wool around the string near the loop over 1" and my Shrew's are super quiet. But I don't have a carbon one.
