I am shooting a Timberhawk Monarch 50@ 28. I am drawing 28". I am putting an SBD string on it. I have been shooting GT 3555 traditionals.  I was looking on Big Jim's website he has GT Expedition Hunter shafts. They are 30" and crested white. Will these shoot the same at my traditionals or is there a difference between them.

I have also considered going to  5575 to get extra weight and from what I have read about. SBD strings.  What are your thoughts?  Stick with 3555 or go with 5575.

2 questions I guess.

THANKS

If they are flying good stick with them. They also weigh a tad more which is good. I have found the expedition hunters are actually a tad weaker in spine. So this may affect your flight. You can get the blem traditional off his site for 49.99. This is a great buy. I don't worry about weight that much. I shoot a 440 grain arrow at elk out of a 55lb bow and have had nothing but pass through. Shoot what flies good.

Get blemished trades from big jimmy. They are a great deal at only $49.99 a dozen

Stick with 3555. The 5575 are stiffer than you think, these things are rated for high efficiency compound bows.  You can get the GT blems it's a great deal!
