Turkey box call

What to make a box call good place to by supply's wood etc
Archery is: Getting as far away from the target as you can, and still hit it.
Bowhunting is: Getting as close to the target as you can, and not miss!

custom sawing.com,
you can buy kits or wood to make your own if you have the equipment. Also has instructions there as well.

I have a few.
Poplar
Eastern cedar
Western Cedar
Walnut
Butternut

The sweetest sounding one though is one I gave my dad a few years back. Its made from apple!?!? It has the softest purr, and takes such a light touch to get volume out of it. Same guy made my Walnut, butternut, and the apple, so same design, but that apple really talks.

Funny thing is my dad knows how sweet it is and won't let me borrow it (on going joke).

Anyways....  .02 worth.

Noli rogare pro onia pauciora, rogate pro scapulas latiores.

I go afield with bent wood, stick and string in search of serenity  through my primal quest.
