serving on my string

hello all I have a ? I am haveing a problem with my arrows staying on my string. They are gold tip 3555's is it possible my serving is just to thin and i need a new string ir is it tbe nocks.

You can reserve the string with larger serving or in a short term you  can serve dental floss over your serving to match the knocks (I would also suggest 2 knocking points one over one under.) The how to posting here are great.
