It is good to hear that you are making progress both with pulling the bow and your overall health.

I had the same in 2008. I do know they didn't want me to lift anything over 10# for 10 weeks in order to let the breast bone heal. You do NOT want to harm that breast bone so take it easy. But by 12-14 weeks I was shooting a 30# bow with ease and by 20 weeks was back up to hunting weight.

Am walking an hour a day. Just Pulling my Slingshot & the Big Bands is Helping. Still Have a long way to go!! Hate the weight limit but I know it is for my own good!! doesn't make it any easyer
It Will get Better I Know but Right now it Still sucks!!! Got a 45# bow when I get to that point to help build up to my hunting weight. Can't even Pick up my Granddaughter with this restriction She Weigh's about 25#
Going to rehab 3 days a Week helps Although Haven't had a Full Week in 4 weeks do to Michigan Weather!! Gotta Love This Michigan Snow & Cold!!! Well I Will get some Pics up soon & Talk to you Later!! GO SEAHAWKS!!!
