I would guess a 5575 Gold Tip cut to 30" would work, assuming you're actually drawing to 29".

Would suspect that 500 spine...50 gn insert...145 tip could be close for a center cut shelf and if you are drawing 29"s.

Aluminum wise I would say 2018 2016 I use both with my 50# hill @ 29"
Mu BOP is 29" and I use 125 upfront.

Agree with Friend and Mike G and possibly a 2213 in aluminum at your 29" draw.

Yep.  500 spine carbons for those point weights.  If you went to 400 spine you'd have to go up to about 300 gr up front.

I have a Striker Fastback.  I am shooting 50lb @ 29" and have a 29.5 inch draw.  I currently shoot 5575 Goldtip Trads.  100grn insert with 170 grn heads.  Arrows are full lenght with 3 5" fletches.  They are like darts.

Arrow dynamics trads.  You will not believe how easy it is to get them flying well.  It's like magic.  I tried one recently and I could vary point weight by 70 with no difference in flight.  No joke.
