Well I guess its a newbie mistake

in another post I said I had perfect bullet hole with my bare shaft
after putting feathers I had the feathers and arrow sometime hitting the riser, even after concentration on my release I still had some contact so I tried putting the arrow over the nock and no more noise and to my surprise had nearly perfect bullet hole
so of with the tied knot and put on a adjustable tied knot and retune the arrow
ended up with a 1/4 longer arrow
had perfect bullet hole with  and without feathers

it seems that when tuning bare shaft you tune the up and down first and after the spine
well I am less of a newbie now
on with getting accurate and consistent    :bigsmyl:
