For me it depends on the bow. The Great Northern is really nice. Right now mine is on my 8 year old son's recurve. For my vintage Bear bows I use the 4 and 8 arrow spring arms. They're great quivers but you have to tinker with them to get them quiet. My favorite for my 2000 model Black Widow MAII is the Quickee Quiver. Easy on and off. It's served me well so far.

I think I've had almost all the quivers mentioned above at one time or another & really liked most of them.
I have a new EFA 4 arrow Mesa side mount on my Black Widow now. I'm liking the fact it doesn't need hood foam, it's a neat quiver.

I like the shape of the Sellway and Thunderhorn the best, but have no experience with the Thunderhorn. That will be my next purchase i'm thinking. i prefer a strap on quiver i can easily use with different bows. I've had great luck with my Sellway staying put once its in position. It kind of works like a limb saver too with the rubber mounts & strap. by strapping it down right at the fades on a TD bow it has a vibration damping quality to it that quiets up a bow nicely.... i think i'f i had a trap on quiver with velcro instead of rubber, i would line it with inner tube material before strapping it on.

I don't have much experience with different bow quivers.

I have had a Great Northern Strap On for my recurve and have had it for over 10 yr's and it has worked flawlessly.

 I for sure recommend it.

Great Northern strap on for longbows and one piece recurves....but absolutely LOVED the Quick Detach for my takedowns.  It was so nice going into a blind or tree stand and just loosening the two small thumb screws and sliding quiver off bow without messing with stringing or unstringing or anything.

otherwise 99% of time I am dyed in wool lakota style or side quiver guy.

When I'm hunting with two blade heads I like these.

Kwickee. Not fancy, but nothing faster to take off and put back on. I prefer the older one with the deer on the hood. When my dementia starts to kick in while I'm in the woods, it reminds me why I'm out there.

Love the Kwickee. Mine's camouflage so I not only forget why I'm in the woods, if I set it down I can't find it.   :help:
