I would be careful. It wasn't "Earl" Flynn, and that looks like a steel cable for a string. Anyone can type a letter. Not saying for sure that it is a scam, but

That bow and story could easily be misrepresented. His other article is also dubious IMO. If that were really the bow with proper provenance it would be cool to have. But used by "Earl"-not worth a bunch! LOL

A lot of Detroit rappers were talking about "Earl Flynn'in" with lines like "Earl Flynn'n out in Berlin".
Probably better to pass on "Earl's" bow and look for this invisible one custom made for "Jerry" Cooper:
