How do you age them? Do you have to specifically contact Craig? I have several, but only one was bought new.

Our oldest that we have is forty years old, the next one thirty eight, then thirty five.  They do not show age like a lot bows do or like I do.

Dating pre - Craig Hill bows is a little more tricky and less precise. Craig is still the best one to ask but Dick Wrightman put together a good resource.

I have HH bows that are pre-Craig Ekin built. and have used the Wrightman info which includeds some bow builder info.It is very difficult if not impossible to pin down the exact year of manufacture of pre Ekin bows. You can narrow it down to approximate dating,ie. early 60's etc..

I've got a Big Five from early '80's and a friend has a Tembo from the late '70's.
