Jack Kempf...Raven vs Kwyk Styk feedback please
« on: March 19, 2014, 10:03:00 AM »
Hello Gang,
It's time for me to make a decision between these two bows.  I owned a 60" KS briefly but kind of regret selling it now.  I've only read good things about the Raven.  I'm interested in comparisons between the static curves 56" amo.  Please let me hear your thoughts and if you've owned them both and could only have one which would it be and why?

Thanks,
Joe

Thanks, I've read Guru's posts and all I could find while searching.  I'm hoping for more feedback if it's available.  I did send Sergio a PM but he hasn't been around.

No help here on the Raven.

But the 56" KS is one of my absolute favorite bows.  I have 2 and they are not for sale.  Jack builds a fine, fine bow.

I own both the Raven has the static limbs. I ordered the KS first it became the bow I hunted with it has static limbs as well. I thought I would never get another bow. Because it shot better than my other custom bows I have for me. Love the way Jack builds bows! I wanted another bow from Jack so I ordered another bow and got the Raven.I know hunt with the Raven.

Thanks again, Joe,Sergio and Guru. They helped me out a lot.

Good luck .

I've owned just about every type of bow Jack makes. I'd have to say the Raven vs the KS. Both sweet bows but I like the option of having longbow and recurve limbs for the same riser.

How about comparing the Raven static limbs to the longbow limbs...

This would be easy if I could afford one of each    ;)
