I would ask her to help you choose some decorations, then have a local artist paint the back of it with a design of her choice.  Throw in some pink catwhiskers or wool yarn puffs and some pretty arrows to match her paint job (maybe wraps the colors of her painted design and pink feathers).  It would be as prissy as possible.

I got some pink zebra striped duct tape and "skinned" a bow for my granddaughter. She loves it. I used the same stuff for arrow wraps and use pink feathers..

Get a pack of pink cap wrapss (for arrows) and cut whatever shapes you want to stick all over the bow.  I used a large hole punch to make lots of dots, then used dots to make a design.  Include her and let her have fun.

My daughter shot a bow for years when she was little.  No "girling it up" involved.  Different world I guess.  I even see pink Smith & Wessons now.
