Some friends and I have been exploring places to hunt Javelina and hogs in TX.
Has anyone been to this Place?
Comments please.
Can you recommend any other spots that you may have visited?
Thank you.

Have not been there, but had a great time at the Lincoln Ranch. It's about 20 from Laredo.

Bizzare Foods did an episode there. The place looked great and I myself and considering a winter trip there. Pretty sure they have 2 properties that they hunt.

I have been hunting with Jerry two times, in Laguna ranch and in another two ranches. The hunt in Laguna was incredible, hundreds of javelinas.

Wow...
Neat story from back in '06.
Thanks for sharing.
Looks like Pedernal is full.
Guess we will have to wait for a cancellation or book later.
Any other suggestions?
Thank you.

I was there several years ago on the same hunt as Mike Yancey. We hunted the Laguna Ranch and really had a fantastic time! 14 trad hunters shot 16 animals, Mike got the only hog, the rest of us shot javelina. I got two in the last hour of the hunt. Way cool!

Jerry Gonzalez is a good guy. We hunted his old place called Green Ranch quite a while back. Now that ranch is called Laredo, the city has grown so much. While I've not been to Pedernal, I'm sure anything he's doing is very professional.
