Black Widows with no red or white
« on: May 04, 2014, 05:03:00 PM »
Anybody got one? Would love to see one, ecspecially an autumn oak or ironwood. Thinking of ordering one without the red or white but would like to see one first. Thanks

I will have a PCH zircote riser and tiger myrtle limbs in about 3 weeks to show off. .If you look in the black widow bows thread you'll see a few with no red or white.  The gray bark looks wicked with just black in the riser.

I've seen a few. I may go with ironwood with no red and only the black and bamboo lams showing. Choices, choices. Can't wait to see yours.

I had a PSA AO with no red or white but traded it to Big Ed here on the site. It was nice, but the red and white never bothered me.

It doesn't bother me either, maybe I want something a tad different?

Well duh, lol, I started that thread. Should have looked there first, haha. I was just hoping to narrow it down without seeing all the other widows and thinking of something else when I have my mind set on an ironwood or autumn oak, lol.

I really didn't notice you had started that thread, now I see that.

Regardless there's some great bows on it!

So many choices   :smileystooges:

Yep, seen them too. I was hoping somebody on here got one of them and would post a strung profile pic.

I seen one that had the horns of the riser cut down. I do not like to see white or red on the risers either.

Paul, Go to the BW website.  They just posted a PCH III and
PMA II with no red.  I have a PSAX Honduras/Tulip Rosewood with no red and really like how it looks. Scott
