tuffheads are hard to beat in a two blade head for being durable and sharp.

Zane, the Tusker Delta factory screw ins 195, or the Tusker Aztec 200 factory screw ins would both work very well for you IMO.  The Delta's especially would like your KME.

We have both the Deltas and Aztecs in sharpen yourself or pre-sharpened "Bloody Sharp" versions.

Of course we carry the excellent Simmons heads as well but they'd be tricky to sharpen on a KME IMO.

I'm going to look into all the options listed and see what I come up with.  One concern is price.  I hunt a lot of hogs and you don't always get those back so I'm not wanting to spend a crazy amount.  I'll have to see how much the Centaur heads are.  I know the Tuskers tend to be affordable, as are the grizzlies.

What do you sharpen your Zwickeys with now? Why chuck an excellent head? No rule against having two sharpeners.

I'm with Orion on this. Zwickey's are one of the best heads out there. If what you have is working for you, I would not let a sharpener be the deciding factor in choosing a head.

Hey TexasStick81, which Zwickeys do ya have?  Terry Green and some other Tradgangers are having great sucess with No Mercy 4-blades on hogs.  Orion and Stagetek speak the truth, it ain't nutting wrong with Zwickey broadheads; 2 or 4 blade!  ChuckC also has a great idea.  Make a couple of your 4 blade into a 2 blade if you want to try some out.  Real easy to do.

I've got to admit have not read all the replies have you considered Magnus SS Stinger broadheads. It's all I've used for years. Bleeder blades are removable and you can sharpen to your hearts desire! Works for me.

I'm a big fan of Simmons and VPA. VPA for three blade and Simmons for two. I prefer a three blade for pigs because I have found that a two blade has a tendency to seal up on their fat hides, therefor loosing blood sometimes.

I go back and forth with the idea of 2 vs 3 on pigs.  I've used the VPA's and many different 2 or 4 blades.  It often comes down to the three blades seem to hold the hole open more and there is more cutting surface but on big pigs I often don't get pass throughs and when shooting from an elevated stand nothing is more detrimental to a blood trail than not getting a pass through with a downward angle entry.  I'm going to get back into the two blades for now but I'm sure that will only last so long:)

Bevel angle is about 40 degrees so the kme won't work. Most guys lay em flat and sharpen the flat side. I prefer grizzlies or tuskers. ymmv
