10 used to be a great tag to have. Still has a great population of elk and some really big bulls. The issue is that 10 is checkerboarded with a lot of private ranches that do not allow you to hunt without paying an extremely hefty trespass fee/trophy fee and some require you to use a particular outfitter that charges a butt load for the hunt. You can still get it done though. It's not as mountainous as the neighboring unit 8. If you plan on hunting it, I would get some scouting time in. I have a couple buddies that have a 10 tag this year and one that regularly guides in it. Let me know if you have any more questions.
