Stu Calculator and Energy

Just curious about you guys that work up set-up on his calculator, or just in general for fellas that figure this stuff.  

What do you consider really good energy on the Calculator?  I know it is only one factor in the penetration picture.  

Would say 40.4 ft. pounds be good?
