I never intended to be an inspiration. Heck I was going to let Bill post pictures tell about the hunt. Not because I didn't want to share my experience. Just that Bill's the talker, not me. He wouldn't have it though. He said I should write about changing my shooting style, that people would enjoy hearing about it. I had never even considered other people would be interested until he mentioned it.
I'm so glad I did post the story now, especially after hearing from you and NBK.

The best role models don't become one because they want to be. They simply do things that other people respect, look up to and can take inspiration from. You meet all of those Tracy, and I can imagine will be used as a fine example for all kinds of women, young girls, and yes, even guys. You've demonstrated repeatedly that a hunter of any gender can ethically hunt big game with lighter bows when set up correctly.
Heck, you've inspired me to try to take a bear from the ground without a blind. What a rush that had to be!
Well done! I really think you need to work this up into a magazine article. The more people that can read and take inspiration from your story the better!
