I will have to politely disagree. I shoot a longbow that i build a few years back. it is #51@28 and I shoot .400 spined arrows from it all day. They are cut to 31 with 100 grain brass insert and 175 grain tip. My advice would be to add some weight up front(brass insert and about a 175 grain head). [/b]
