Tried putting 75 gr insert in my zwicky delta 4 blade. Run out back to try them and they whistle. Now what can I do?

Mike you either need a longer insert or you can try stuffing small pieces of foam in the hole. If you still have a problem with them send them to me and I'll put them to good use......Rocky

I used hot a hot glue gun like you would use for crafts. When I filled the whole the whistling stopped and it really didn't add more than about 10 grains of weight.

They are correct it is the bleeder gap making noise because you are using shorter inserts.  This is the reason we sell the XL Sweetland adapters, they completely fill the bleeder gap on Zwickey heads, but those are aluminum you are wanting more weight.

As they suggested a little hot melt to fill the gap will take care of it.

Great choice on heads by the way.

You can use the aluminum inserts and just add solder in the back to the weight you want and seal with glue or hot melt. Problem solved.
