Centaur
« on: July 10, 2014, 01:22:00 PM »
I feel like a little kid waiting on Christmas!  I bought a Centaur off a a fellow Tradgang member. He shipped it yesterday.  It is going to be here Saturday. It is a beauty. I have to work tomorrow so that will occupy my time tomorrow.  I am excited and can't wait! Sorry just had to vent.

I bought a used bow around the first of the year and bought a spot for a build in November.  The used Centaur I bought is SWEET

That's great to hear. Everything that I have read and heard says that they are a sweet shooting bow.

I have a Centaur triple carbon. Wow! It smokes an arrow and is very quiet. Might be the perfect bow if only I had bought a two piece.

I'm a certified centaur fanboy. I have two and I really don't think there's a better hunting longbow out there.

Got it tuned up and shooting it. I love it! It is 51 lbs @ 28 It shoots harder than my recurve that was 55 @ 28. It is super quiet and has very little hand shock. The bow is beautiful.  I can't wait to  carry it to the woods this fall.
