Archery antelope opens on Friday in Colorado, I'll be hunting with pretty much no cover. Anyone have a suggestion or preference on using Sitka gear open country or ASAT. I've got both, ASAT is leafy suit. Thanks

I don't think theres a better pattern then ASAT.  for pretty much anything, and certainly including antelope.  that being said, if they catch you moving, youre hosed
is it September yet??

I'm convinced they'd see you moving if you were invisible.  This will be my first year bowhunting them, oughta be fun if nothing else.  I got skylined one morning in my Sitka with the sun at my back at about 150 yds, continued walking right towards them to about 100 yds.  They never moved, obviously I'll have to be closer than 100.  I'm not sure if that a combination of several luck factors or a testament to the pattern.  I too love ASAT, just want to give myself the best odds, without wilting away in a blind.

Carhart faded pants, to hide like a lion in dry grass...haha and ASAP top with leafy face cover.I agree they can see you blink so it does't matter.Find a single buck if you want a chance.

I found three groups I'm working with within 1000 yds of each other.

Group 1 - 1 buck 6 does
Group 2 - 6 bucks
Group 3 - 1 buck 6 does

I think there's only one water source for all of them.
