Great folks at TG (but you knew that)
« on: September 10, 2014, 06:12:00 PM »
SCbowhunter PM'd me about a hunting area in Wyoming, and I gave him some basic info about where he was going. I didn't think much more about it until he responded by offering me an elk decoy (he is a sponsor on here, Montana Decoys) for the information that I provided. I was shocked by his generosity when not one, but two of his decoys showed up on my doorstep. I have used his deer and turkeys deeks before, and almost bought an elk decoy before this season, because I know the products work.
I continue to be impressed with the folks on this site, and the sponsors have always been nothing but class acts. I want to again thank CJ for his generous gift that was totally unwarranted, and I hope that the bit of information that I gave him comes in handy.

I love my Montana elk decoy. They are very realistic looking and so comport and easy to carry.  Can't tell you how many times I've startled myself when I've glanced behind me and see it lurking in the bushes.

Joe,  did you ever hear the story about John going on his first elk hunt with me, and we got into a herd right off the bat.  He was shaking like a leaf while the cows were mewing and the bull bugling just over the rise.  They left without showing, then he turned around to see my Montana elk decoy 15 yards behind him and he about shot it !  it was neat to see him so excited.
