What are the pros and cons of the round horseback style handle vs more modern pistol grip?

You can shoot either thumb or three finger as the bow is made for an arrow pass on both sides on the traditional horse bow handle.

That makes sense. Is there any reason to run a round handle if you have the option to run the other?

Or the reverse; if you have some way to locate your hand the same everytime does the pistol grip offer any advantages?

None I know of, but then again I prefer the horse bow grip.

Sounds good. I was hoping to hear that. I can definitely see the benefits of locating your grip but that can be done many ways. I also think it would be a lot easier to hold an extra shaft in the bow hand too.
