KME & Ron
« on: September 18, 2014, 09:49:00 AM »
I would just like to give a shout out to Ron and KME Sharpeners. What a great product and the customer service is second to none. I have several of his products and he just recently, today, went way above and beyond to help me out, I wont get into the particulars of the deal but he definitely would not have had to do it, and would have been in the right. I am a customer for life and will share my appreciation with everyone that ever asks about sharpening anything.Again a great American who takes pride in his work and his company and the customer, very rare in this country in these times, and that is sad and a good part of what is wrong with the USA. Thank's again Ron.

Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

I couldn't agree more!  Not only does he make great products that really work, but his customer service is fantastic.  I was on the phone with him just yesterday trying to get a handle on sharpening Simmons Sharks with his JewelStik.  He spent at least 20 minutes explaining the entire process, from beginning to end, and basically wouldn't let me off the phone until I completely understood.  Although I'm sure he's done this a zillion times before, he still genuinely cared about providing all of the details I needed to put a razors edge on the sharks.  Rare trait, indeed!

Thanks again, Ron!

I hope so, I bought a KME sharpener after reading all of the praise and I can not get the thing to sharpen my Grizzly single bevel heads. Just about to go back to the file and jewel stick. Gonna try Ron first.
