Who notices a small line on an arrow that is sitting on a sexy bow like that?!  Look at that bow!  That's like when my wife asks if I noticed her fingernails!  I say, "no, but you look hot!"     :goldtooth:

But actually that is a great tip and I'm going to use it.  I just recently realized that my brace hight was way off... I never check it.  This is great way to keep tabs on it.

Good idea I am going to do that before I go to the woods this season.

There's that beautiful riser that we both let get away.  Glad you got her back and are putting her to good use.     :archer2:

Me too! My PCH seems to really like 9" and if it gets much less it seems to really make a difference. I mark mine with a sharpie.

Wayne, Yeah I use a sharpie also. I use these shafts for multiple bows but only use one bow at a time so when I switch bows I simply wipe off the sharpie mark with acetone and draw the new line for the other bow.

I also have more than one bow that can fling the same arrow so this idea wouldn't work for me but it's a great idea.

Useful info for someone new to traditional bows like me. I am just starting to really learn many aspects of tuning. Great post, thanks.

This is a great idea!!  I was shooting great then fell apart i was focusing on everything but still shooting like crap.  Finally checked my brace height and bingo it was a little low.  Fixed it and shot groups got smaller.   :)

Matthew, it is a great idea, but I can't take credit for it. I saw a post on it years ago from someone here on TG. Good stuff!
