Arrow design steel burner

I know I have seen this on the internet but cannot recall where. It was a tube that had some design like deer track or turkey tracks cut on the steel tube. You would insert the raw wood shaft in the tube and with a butane burner burn the design on the arrow shaft. Anybody got a clue where I can find this.

I have one but couldn't find the directions or who makes it. I found an ad for it in a TBM back issue.
I like it. I haven't tried burning anything yet but use paint pens with it.
