I should know this…are you able to get some different nock orientation using a Bitzenburger? (left wing helical clamp standard 3 fletch). Lately, I like to turn the nock just a bit for clearance/tuning/reduced rest wear/flight. (carbon arrows with tunable nocks). I do this after the arrow is fletched.
I can't recall how to do that with a fixed nock? What is the trick?
I want to use some nock inserts and glue on nocks. I like the feel and fit of the larger snap nocks and want to add 5-10 grains to the rear for a slight stiffening.
I could fletch the arrows using the standard nock then replace and eyeball the nock rotation with the glue on nock but that seems like you would have some variance.
