Not necessarily. If you read the fine print, you will see that .400 spine is a bit of a catch-all designation. GTs .400 spine, Trad Only, and CX arrows in that same spine group don't actually all have exactly .400 spine. The other thing is that if the diameter is different, you'd have variations based on center-shot (using .400 spine aluminums, say). From what I recall, seems like the CX heritage arrows seem to run a bit stiffer in just about every spine designation than the others do.
