What is the difference?

Short answer - Traditional Only are heavier(more grains per inch)than "regular" carbon shafts of the same spine.

Are you referring to the 3Rivers brand carbon arrows?  If you are, they are simply made by Easton for 3Rivers, but are basically the same as CX Heritage and Gold Tip Traditional arrows.  As far as I can remember, they tend to be lighter per inch than the Heritage arrows, really close to the Gold Tips.
