Well, I'll be hunting a spot with some pretty good deer in it. Its pretty much open hard woods, although there are some really nice blow downs from hurricane Sandy. There's not a lot of cover left in the trees so I'm figuring on getting in a blow down that's on a small ridge that over looks a nice little gully. In side the gully there are blow downs that run lengthwise. The deer will either travel on my side of the blow downs or the other.
I took my bow quiver off my bow and loaded my arrows in my catquiver. I've done a bit of ground hunting before, but I'm still more comfortable in a tree.
