Consider deciding on a string material before you order a bunch of arrows. The difference between Dacron and a skinny fast flight type string could make a difference in what arrow your bow likes..I think the standard Sage string is Dacron. BTW, one of our premier string makers, Alan Shafer, frequently shoots at Dixie....he can hook you up if you go for a skinny string upgrade.

hey doctor! I was told that some bows can't use a fast flight string. someething about the tips not being able to handle it?

straight from Lancaster's page on the sage, so yes fast flight compatible.

You can induce a twist to the limbs especially a recurve not using a stringer, use one and many of my bows stay strung for a long time.
