I found my sharpening inadequacy's were mainly due to old crappy stones and equipment. That bad equipment had me pushing to hard (too much pressure).  A set if new diamond stones, light pressure and a leather strop and Rons CBN emulsion to finish up has made me look like a sharpening guru.

A tuned bow and a broadhead as sharp as you can get it are the two biggest hurdles in our hunting effort.

It works good on knives too. (The knife sharpener)
