Got home from work and took my tie on nocks off and put the heat shrink on. Took less then a minute, I shrunk them with a lighter just making quick passes. I used 2 pieces on top and 1 under, all 1/4 long...
Shot about 50 arrows and I have zero complaints, works great, doesn't move, super smooth with no edges...
Suggest you give it a try...

Looks like it would make a great serving material, too.

I just wish I could find a color other than black.
(apologizes to Mr. Sharpton :D )
I have them on strings with green and white servings, and no complaint...but black on black is... :p
But like many, my first choice is white dental floss with a dab of super glue.

Never tried heat shrink, and don't know if it would work.
None of my bows have brass nock sets. Use a tied on nock set. It is adjustable too!

Blackhawk, I agree it would be nice get a different color just for hunting, with light it isn't a problems.
Bisch, have about 300-350 arrows with them so far and they are working great.

Beat me too it LBR. You are 100% right on. To remove them I heat them again and just tear them off.

I've used hot melt glue. The kind one would use in a glue gun.

LBR x 3.Practically ever NASP shrink type gave up the ghost.'Course teenagers are rough on anything.
Their heat shrink has some kind of cushion in it that I think is the culprit though.
