HNL Archery ?
« on: January 23, 2007, 05:22:00 PM »
Has anyone done business with HNL Archery lately? Ive had a string order there for almost a month and can't get anyone to respond to emails, all I got was a paypal receipt the day of the order.

There have been threads on all the webites about HNL.  Unfortunately, it appears they have flown the coop.  I was buying a lot of strings from them, but haven't had any contact in over a month.

Perfect timing on this thread.

I ordered a string 2 weeks ago (have receipt for my Visa to be charged) and no sign of string or Leighton.  He has not responded to 2 emails.

He made a darn good string and delivered promptly on my multiple orders last year.  I hope he is alright.

Do you make endless loop strings?

Rod Jenkins is not affiliated with HNL--Rod sold his as "Great Strings".

Hopefully there is nothing seriously wrong at HNL.

HNL has been out to lunch customer service wise....I did finally receive two strings last week that I ordered in November.  Apparently Leighton is still making strings, just absolutely no effort to communicate with his customers.  Sorta self defeating/destructive business behavior.....hmmm.....just weird.  I have moved on....I am ordering from another source....PM if you're looking for an option.
