I. Believe Big Jim does it. Never had a Bow done though.

You can buy the product and do it yourself. It doesn't look too hard or complicated.

x2 above, I believe Big Jim is out of the dipping business. Do a google search for someone local. I know of a couple businesses around here that I've met at local shoots/shows who dip anything you could want.
