What Serving Size

What serving size for a 18 strand BCY-X string using a Carbon Ex nock .Is their any reference for string dia. to serving dia. to give nock fits for the different nocks used by arrow makers.

I like .018 or .019 for a fit that's not too tight.

I keep a bunch of different nocks on hand to check by.  A great customer helped me out some time ago by sending a bunch I didn't have, and a chart he made to identify them all.  Unfortunately I can't remember his name...(lousy memory and I didn't write it down).
