A Leather String Tracker Side Mount
« on: February 15, 2015, 05:23:00 PM »
So I promised to make a video of my home made string tracker unit and post it, here goes. I make them out of the same material as my custom arm guards. I had a couple pre-orders which are done now and about 8 more 75% done I have them listed in the Sponser classifieds. delivery is running 1-1.5 weeks

Really cool.  I am a HUGE fan of string trackers but I think they are as ugly as sin on my bow.   I shoot with the unit in the stabilizer insert and would kill for a leather cover or something to replace that hideous black spool holder.

That's one good looking string tracker you've got there. I agree with Jerry those plastic ones are ugly as sin. Thanks for posting the videos.

Me too! Those are awesome!!!!!!! Can you make one that will mount like the traditional black plastic holder? The spool does not fit tightly in the black plastic thing and it rattles a bunch when shot. If so, I am very interested!

Chad, sent you a PM.

The ones I make are a snug fit so no rattle, I guess even if it did it wouldnt make any noise on leather.
