Centaur heading in for skins!
« on: March 07, 2015, 06:39:00 PM »
My triple carbon elite takedown will be headed to Jim Neaves on Monday.

Ever since I got this bow, I've been looking for the perfect skins for it. After searching every skin thread on here, I decided on Canebrakes. Little did I know how hard they were to come by!

I received these today. I think they will look amazing when Jim is done! Can't wait for the finished product!

Nice that you laid the bow there for a size reference. Not sure I'd want to trip over one of those guys in the woods.

Can't wait to see it when it is done. Alan, the limbs on Seth's bow are carbon, no wood on the back or belly. These skins are going to look great on this bow.

As Dave mentioned, the limbs are carbon. I have gotten used to the look but prefer something more traditional. I think these will tie in nicely with the Bacote scales.

I really like the canebrakes as well, but I cant have them here in Mass. Bummer. Probably ok(but not sure) if they are already on the bow, but I cant have the skins to do it myself.
Those colors are going to look great with your bow woods.
