Planted a seed
« on: March 14, 2015, 05:47:00 PM »
I was shooting at they archery range today . Had the place to myself for about an hour . Was taking a break for a few minutes when a man came in with a young man about 9 years old .
He was shooting a wheelie at the 10 yard line and I came back in to shoot some more . The man asked if they were in the way and I said no I can shoot from there too .
As I was shooting the little guy was intently looking at what I was doing , and then asked me what that was I was shooting with . I told him that my wheels fell off . The man with him started laughing and told him that I was pulling his leg .
Turns out he was his uncle and was trying to teach his nephew to shoot .
His compound had no sights and I offered to help him .
They both agreed and in about a minute he was smacking the middle of the paper . And then I was hit with questions faster than I could answer them .
That young guy was fasinated by my bow and my home made quiver .
I told them I had to go and that little guy said thank you three times before I got out of there .   :archer2:

Nice job Graps, keep planting those seeds, hopefully that little guy and his Uncle will keep it watered and it'll keep growing within him.     :campfire:
Too many bows to list, and so many more I want to try!  Keep the wind in your face, and your broadheads sharp.
