East coast Whitetail outfitter

I'm looking for a recommendation for a whitetail outfitter somewhere east of the Mississippi.

My budget is 2,000 or less for a hunt that is about 5 days

They don't have to have monsters just plenty of shot opportunities. If they have hogs that would be a bonus.

I'd like to keep it as close as possible to my home state of CT so I don't have to drive too far. I'm thinking maybe New Jersey, Maryland or Delaware. But of course I'm willing to travel further than that.

Well if you want hogs you're probably going to have to go as far as North/South Carolina to get into any huntable population.  Also, if you're talking the East Coast, I'd just find some public land and hunt.  I'm from PA and I can't even think of any outfitters for whitetailed deer in the states you mentioned, but there are plenty of places with good populations to hunt them for free.  Maryland's Eastern shore is the only place nearby that I can think of that has a trophy population of whitetail and there are some outfitters there.  Good luck with your search.
