Traditional archery displays in Cabela's
« on: April 05, 2015, 01:25:00 PM »
The Traditional Archers of Oregon was invited to put up displays pertaining to trad archery in a Cabela's here in Oregon. We showed folks how to make arrows, selfbows, quivers, etc. Thought there might be some other folks around the country that might like to approach a Cabela's in your area to see if this is possible.  Here is a link to see what we did.

Thanks for the idea.  I'm an archery outfitter in Greenville, SC.  I will see if we can do an event like the one in Tualatin.

Sounds good. Sadly, after Cabela's opened around here, 3 or 4 "local" traditional shops closed.
