Great folks, no doubt.  Just bought a set of Bear TD limbs from Jim.   I  wasn't planning on getting them right now but just couldn't resist the price.

Debbie is awesome. She helped me out on ordering a set of 50 # 1 limbs, day before yesterday.

I also had a great experience with Debbie. Although the limbs I wanted were not in stock, she assured me she would put me on a list of five and call when they became available. Yea, that's going to happen, right. Three weeks later I got the unexpected call. Can't beat that for customer service.Hats off to Debbie and Big Jim.

Haven't got to talk to Big Jim yet but Debbie is really nice ! In fact, I talked to her just today. She called to let me know the limbs for my Bear greenstripe riser, I ordered, are on the way. Now that's customer service ! Great place to deal with.

I had a wonderful experience, working with Debbie While ordering my new Bear T/D!!!!!

You can read about it on my thread "After 40 years..."

Also, I called Big Jim's looking for "The Big Man" to tell him how happy I was with her service. Unfortunately, he was at a shoot in Michigan. I DID however, speak to his wife Barbra... Who happens to be Debbie's sister!!!

1st class people, all around!!!!!   :notworthy:    :clapper:

I dealt with them for the first time recently, no complaints from me, a bit of a hiccup in the whole process but they took care of things immediately.
Like I said, no complaints.

Met Big Jim and another young man today at the Compton shoot in Michigan, I was trying to get a couple things for my sons bow. Jim and his employee went out of there way to set up my sons bow so he could get shooting. They are a top notch outfit!
