Leroy, later in November is our gun season and then you would need a gun license.  The only weekends that wont work for me are this weekend, the weekend of October 27-28, and of course Thanksgiving weekend.  I would be up for either a Saturday and Sunday or just a one day deal.

Let me check with the wife and see if she has plans for me that I dont know about.  I am sure we will figure something out.

our archery season runs till nov 14th, then it's closed for gun season for 2 weeks. So you'd be looking the late season Dec 1 - Jan 1.

It's "usually" not too bad Leroy, sometimes even in the 50's.

Drew those years that it's in the 50's are bad years!!  I like hunting with a nice blanket of snow in December!!

Maybe we can get together and do a hunt around here in the next few weeks and then in December we can raid somebody elses neck of the state.  Around here can be rather crazy in December with lake effect snow fall.  A few years ago I was hunting in waist deep snow in December!!  The deer left body prints instead of tracks!!  It was crazy!!

Well why dont we shoot for either November 3-4 or November 10-11.  We can do a Saturday and Sunday if you guys want or just a day it doesnt matter to me.  We have room at the house for a few guys if we want to do a two day deal and even come Friday night if you want to.  We can do another one in December if Leroy cant make it in November.  Let me know what you guys think.

10th and 11th would work for me... sounds like major rut time..... jason...lets title the song... "A Season of Change"...after Drews journal entry.

Yeah I thought that to Steve.  I didnt know if you guys would want to not hunt your home lands that weekend considering that is the last weekend before gun season.
