Thunderhorn Small Fry and Simmons Safaris
« on: April 20, 2015, 03:32:00 PM »
I ordered a Small Fry quiver today and I have been hunting with the Safaris. Does anyone else use this combo? I was wondering if the heads will fit all of the way in to the hood or not?    :dunno:
I appreciate any info.
Thanks

Steve

I don't know about the safaris, I'm thinking that's the biggest longest blade they make right? If they won't go all the way in you could add a piece of foam the thickness difference you need underneath the existing foam. That will make the foam extend upwards and it's possible you may need to secure the top piece of foam in with some self stick Velcro or something.

I think the one Inhabe here is a safari.  A little tight but it works.

The small fry (bold-on) is all I use! Great quiver!
It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that string! [/i]
