searching the forum
« on: May 23, 2015, 04:09:00 PM »
is it possible to do a search on the forum for specific posts? I have lost a couple I wanted to revisit and lost one of my own posts. It would be a lot easier to be able to do a search by user name or topic.

Just below the "new topic" button is a "search" button.  Click on it and you can search by forum, author, key words, etc.

If you type in the persons user name, and then click on their profile, you can click on view recent post, and it will bring up all the post that person started.

type in a key word in the topic and click subject only and it should come up.....that's the reason most folks should make their topic related to their post...sometimes the topic is so abstract from their post that they can't remember key words.

Just a though....cause I've done it to.     :banghead:
